I just got my new Casoli CDI today. I am wondering why it is so huge and so heavy, it feels like a handheld brick, haha.

I just finagled it in the battery compartment by placing both the cdi and the battery in at the same time, wedging them against each other. The top lid of the compartment wouldn't close all the way unless I were to force it and break the screw holes, so I just screwed it in loosely and covered the compartment and around it with duct tape to keep rain out.
It does work great, so much so that I was getting much more power much earlier than I did before. And it doesn't kickback when starting or hiccup when idling like the blue one does. It even changed the way the engine sounds on the road, sounds like it has got some power. I was hitting 50 uphill with a passenger and a 20 pound chain(excessive I know)!
