The craigslist scooters section in my area (Los Angeles, Orange County, Riverside, Valley) are all bombarded with tons of obnoxious adds from dealers. It hard to even locate a private seller anymore.

when you do a search or go to a certain section you have the option to omit the dealer ads and see only by-owner or or both or dealer only

and if dealer are posting as by owner flag it for a couple of day or report it

yep took a screen shot for you but see right above the search box click by owner but if your on a computer you should get the option before you enter a certain section  |

I've found some deals I'd like to take advantage of. Most of which need some simple repairs,...owners just don't want to mess with them. ie; 2008 Lance 250 Touring, 500 miles, minor tranny casing repair....$500. Good time of year to be in the market for a used bike, CL is a good place to look.

people post OUTRAGEOUS prices,
even for not running ones.
but i guess if they are asking for $1000
and you show up with 5 100's , they might go for it
