I have a atm50 now and it has been good and i just ordered a 80cc kit for it but i like that the looks of the cy50 and that it has 12in wheels. I will be ordering 2 new scooters and installing 100cc big bore kits. So the help i need is which scooter would be better the cy50 or the atm50?

I have a cy50a, cy50 t3 and my step son has a atm clone scoot. the t3 is the biggest of the three haven't got to ride it yet due to bent rim, but its a nice scoot. The atm is just too small for a bigger person.

Many people have said that the ATM50 is basically a problem free, performance scoot. The CY3 has bigger wheels, accelerates less fast, but if you plan on getting a BBK on it, the CY3 might be better for you! The ATM50 is super easy on maintenance. Just 4-5 screws to get the bucket seat out, and everything is accessible for spark plug, carburetor, and valve adjustment.

The t3 has bigger rims 12inches but the wheel total size is the same as my cy50a the t3 has low profile tires and is actually a short case with dual shocks and uses 669 18 30 belt

The t3 is more or less an oversized atm

I've noticed that the scooter size has very little to do with storage space. On my EVO150 (also from TaoTao), which is a much bigger bike, they have the same (if not less) under seat storage space as on the ATM50.
