good morning everyone, can anyone her tell me or show me a pic of how the front panel comes off a vip 49cc scooter ?

Here's a video that shows how to put it together, follow it in reverse. Looks like it's only three bolts for the headlight cover, two on top and one in the middle of the headlight assembly itself. Look around the 4 minute mark:
If you need details on the lower portions of the front fairing, I'm sure there are vids that can be found.
