Looks like you got the last one.... "Sorry, this item is no longer available!" That would be the last 29, not one I initially ordered 4, I have those on hand but then I struck a deal yesterday for 20 singles and 5 kits. I don't think I eliminated the stock however because after the fact they were still available. But the link was active yesterday when I posted them. Maybe some of the people that saw this link/thread purchased some......

Maybe that was his plan from the beginning..... ? Oh c'mon, get 'em hooked and then corner the market...? Who would do something like that? Just joking, ... I posted to share and even if they're out of stock at the moment, I'm sure they will be back in stock at some point...

All joking aside, I was going to wait until you the electrical guru gave a review on the product. It's an interesting concept of vastly increasing the power output. But how much is too much?
Besides, while waiting for your review I can plan on which HID bulbs I want and where to put the numerous strips of neon lights. I already know where the stereo, subwoofer, and amp are going to be installed.

But how much is too much? Good question. The extra juice doesn't come free. Watts can be directly translated into heat. More watts, more heat I have to worry about removing from the engine... In addition, It may hurt my MPG because this stator should build more resistance..And the R/R will have to dissipate more heat... So, there are a few trade off's if you care about such things.... But as far as making too much usable electrical current... That ultimately only depends upon your power requirements. As far as the actual install, I'm wanting to get to ASAP but right now, the scoot has the battery out and on the maintainer and my carb is drained.... Here in Michigan, this time of year we have to prep our scoots for the winter... So, If I do it now, I have to undo my prep... Plus, I'm still waiting on a few more parts to complete this build.

You are not removing that heat from the engine... you are removing from the sources that use it (headlights, EFI, stereo, whatever.)
100 watts = 0.134102209 horsepower. Those extra watts have to come from somewhere.

Good point... But keep in mind that even though current will be dumped into your peripherals and R/R, under heavy load is when the stator will build it's max heat..... Have you ever touched an alternator after it charged a dead battery? Very hot! Yep! I stated it as GPH (gallons per hour) but horsepower works too! The bigger the stator, the more power it will rob from your engine.

from what i understand it is the r/r that takes care of extra power. the stator only produces it and has no regulatory capability.

why doesn't "edit" give me the option to delete a post?
