Don't get me wrong, I think with the right paint job this could look really cool. That being said, this appears to be the result of a designer being told "Someone ordered two different entire runs of body sets, and a full shipment of ruckus frames, we gotta move this stuff!"
Note the lack of underseat storage compartment, but has needless side panels, and the use of the lower front fairing, but no upper.
I like the naked handlebars, but would probably swap them out for a different set.
The right paint job could make this a very interesting looking scooter, this is not it IMHO.

What is that, a chest protector stored on the front fairing? That would have to go.
Tell me this doesn't remind you of some muppet, or CGI character you've seen? I just can't place it.
In all honesty, I think this design has a lot of potential, with a few tweeks and the right color scheme, what do you think?
