What wheel fits a Honda Elite ch80

I am wanting to change my elite wheels from tubed to tubeless, does anyone know what alternative wheel would fit?
I have been told Honda Metropolitan will fit but was wondering if their are others. I have a wheel of a VIP scooter but I haven't tried it yet, I'm wondering if the drums are the same diameter
