follow the red wire from the battery with the fuse on to the ignition switch. You can get a toggle switch even a house light switch that turns lights off and on will work and connect the red wire to one of the terminals, then get a piece of wire or just take the BLACK wire on the ignition switch off and connect that to the other terminal on the switch whatever you use.
Then you just flick the switch and it will pass the 12volts to the black wire and everything should work as if you had a key.

TO KILL THE MOTOR YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE KILLSWITCH:

Or you can just connect the 12v to the black wire and start your scoot when you want to shut it off you need to us the killswitch then kill the motor and flick the killswitch back to the run position then disconnect the wires otherwise you will drain the battery.
