In case there's anyone near KC wanting what might be a stupid-crazy good deal. The Piaggio I think is the X9. They're asking less than I've seen used BV200s going for! If it's truly only a dead battery, someone could be riding might fine for cheap!

I have owned an X9 500, no complaints it was a nice powerful scooter, This one will need a belt, tires and new battery, so add that to the 2000 dollars and I would say no to it. Get him down to 1500 and it's worth it.

I can get a 2009 BV500 Tourer for $3,000 running perfectly with 11,000 miles on it fully serviced with new belt and rollers along with a basic warranty. The tires won't be bald either and it will have the factory top case (a $600 value) too.
