Just wondering if anyone knows what size pilot jet comes in a stock 30mm carb? Mine isn't marked.  |

I would venture to say a #38 or #40 Pilot jet

alleyoop Thanks man! I need to up the size of mine as it's running lean at idle. I even had to go with a 130 main jet. The combination of all the mods on my engine made it fuel hungry and the stock jets in the 30mm carb I have where not big enough. During my initial testing with a 125 jet it was running lean. I was hoping the 30mm wouldn't be (and actually thought it would be) too big, go figure. And yes it runs like a bat out of h*ll. Pulls hard all the way up to 8200 RPMs with 10g rollers. I actually need to put in 10.5s because with the tens and at WOT it will over rev if I'm not careful with the throttle.
