I'm going to be putting in the UNI airfilter, and upgraded CDI and ignition cool next weekend. I was wondering if you guys had any advice on whether I should go ahead and just get a better carburetor as well since I'll need to take it off anyway in order to rejet and remove the air/fuel mixture cap. Are the chinese OEM carbs worth keeping on?

What size of a carb have you got right now?
Upgrading to a better carb. You probably wont see a big difference from just the carb unless up upgrade to a little bit bigger carb. But with a quality carb, you'll have less gremlins in your engine.
And remember, there is such a thing as too big of a carb.
