I'm looking to buy of of these from this online seller. Are there any downsides to the Roketas? Has anyone ever dealt with this seller? Thanks Roketa 150

They are your basic Chinese scoots and parts are everywhere for them. Don't believe the 65mph speed, sellers always change the specs so they sell, they know people are always looking for speed. Expect 50+ mph. Google for complaints on that seller and see how they rate. Alleyoop

I agree with everything Alley said, also there have been complaints about that seller. I would tread very cautiously.

I've read a few horror stories about people who bought scooters online. You will be shipped the exact same crate that the seller received. This means no visual inspection, no final assembly and no PDI. I would not buy anything online eccept in the case where i would know EXACTLY what i would be getting.
