So I got a new problem, but similar symptoms to a old problem I had, except I have compression, spark and fuel (tested for all 3). It started when I was about to go to work the other day. The scooter started but cut off when I hit the accelerator. The next day I noticed the air/fuel ratio screw was unscrewed further than it should have been. The scooter would not start, battery died trying (multiple times) would not start. While charging it began to start but sounded like something stop it from fully cutting on in the cvt cover. Inspected cvt nothing cleaned and greased be bendicks gear. Still not starting although it turns over .I believe it is something to do with gas or spark, What could it be?

Okay kinda solved the issue but can't get it right. Covered the air filter hole and it started. I believe the air fuel ratio needs adjusted but I have tweeted it alil an its still not starting!

Turn the fuel ratio mixture screw counter clockwise 1/4 at a time and after each 1/4 turn listen and see if the IDLE goes up if it does REPEAT until it does not go up. If turning it counter clockwise any number of 1/4 turns does nothing then TRY CLOCKWISE if 1/4 turning clockwise does nothing THEN YOUR PILOT jet and it passages are clogged and time to clean the PILOT JET and its tiny outlets by the butterfly. Still playing with it, can't get it right, but anyways alleyoop should I be losing a lot of gas through the air box or is that a symptom of a clogged pilot jet.

Let me ask a question before we move on WHEN turning the fuel ratio screw in either direction DOES IT CHANGE the IDLE rpms go up or down?
As far as spitting some fuel back that can be caused by flooding, timing or spark plug not firing. Alleyoop

I successfully got it to start 1 time only after spraying the carbuerator with carb. cleaner. I tried to adjust the screw counter clockwise but sounded like it was about to cut off then adjusting it clockwise it got alil better then died but still was not right. Or maybe it was right and it's clogged because I think the only reason it started was the excess carb. Cleaner fluid? After that it won't start unless I put my hand over the air hole. I'm bout to test my theory on carb cleaner then clean carb out correctly if it is clogged.

Do you have the AIR FILTER ON and is that the AIR hole your blocking? If so covering that up is cutting out air so we know it is not getting enough fuel. Do this put the air filter on turn the fuel ratio screw clockwise until it stops and then turn it out 2 turns counter clockwise and see if that helps. BUT you have to have the air filter on. Alleyoop

Got it starting and running, but it will not accelerate past 4,000/5000 rpms. Took it off kickstand and it will start to go but loose acceleration power?

What do you mean took it off the kickstand and it starts to go? When idling is the rear wheel spinning fast? If so it is idling to high lower the idle using the IDLE SPEED screw to where the Rear wheel JUST wants to turn. Alleyoop

I've got everything put back together tweaked the fuel air ratio screw. Scooter started up let it run for a while. But noticed it lost acceleration when above 4,000 rpms took it oof the middle kickstand hit the accelerator throttle not it began to go but lost acceleration went about 2ft, hit the accelerator again moved about a ft. ? Any idea what it is?

Hard to tell what exactly it is doing from your explanation, is it bogging or what, can you get a video to see and hear what it is doing. If you adjusted the fuel ratio and it is pretty on you on the center stand you should be able to give the throttle a full quick twist and the rpms should climb quick and drop back down to idle quick. If it doesn't do that then something is still not right. That is why If I could see and or hear what the motor does when you twist the throttle would help diagnose the problem. Alleyoop

I'll post a video in a few hours it does climb up to the 4 on rpms then drops, idles normally at 2000rpms.forgot to mention I got a big bore kit on it, they said it's the 100cc kit but I can't tell. It also has I think 5g rollers(which ever one increases acceleration), I forgot but i know it's a gram less or more than the stock which are 6 or 7g grams.
