So I decided to install the 150cc piston kit and was wondering about the 1st and 2nd rings. Which one goes on top and which one go in the middle? I got a silver and a black one. I already jnstalled the kit but u was looking at some videos and some people had them certain kinds of ways. Im good on the bottom oil seal rings on the piston. I made sure i didnt line up the gaps on the rings. alleyoop tvnacman katastroff

Have you used a torque wrench to tighten your bolts?

Have you used a torque wrench to tighten your bolts? This is weird... I just linked to a thread you had started on scootdogs forumThere's a handful of members here (myself included) that suffers from the scooter losing power at WOT with the same retro style scooter as in your pic.... Will you join our thread here and fill us in on your results with the Mikuni fuel pump?

Where Is the Fuel Pump mounted in relation to the tanks fuel outlet and the carb?
If you could take some pictures of the tanks fuel outlet going to the fuel pump and then to the carb would help. Alleyoop

Your head bolts should be torqued to spec @ 15 foot pounds. I'm in the process of doing this very thing to my 150cc gy6 and that is the torque specs i've found for our engine head bolts. not torquing them to spec risks gasket blow outs and oil leaks at the very least.
