Brand new only used once to verify it lit up and menu appeared. Sold scooter so no longer needed, new scoot is carbed. This is needed to diagnose Kymco EFI systems and to verify sensor inputs and CEL codes. $110 local/Denver area or $120 shipped. These cost $250 if bought online new.
