Gotta go with duct-tape...
I've seen it used on airliners I've traveled on, used on the wings, holding down sheet-aluminum that was peeling back from the force of the air... (Not REALLY comfortable with that... LOL!)... Never have seen bungee cords used like THAT... Also, once saw it covering a hydraulic-fluid fill-cover in the wing, which was missing hold-down screws, Zeuss-fasteners or whatever Boeing uses... Cheesh! They call the stuff "hundred-mile-per-hour tape" but planes go over 500mph. THAT is a LOT of wind-power!

Going with Duct Tape myself. When it's stuck...it stays stuck. I've never had Duct come loose and slap me in the face either. Hate when Bungees do that.
