I was hoping that maybe that someone can share their insight to my issue.I put my my 50cc jonway 20mm carb thatput gas in bowl,charged battery it has excellent spark I rebuilt engine over winter(stroker,bbk,etc) it sounds like it wants to start but I think batttery is to weak or not enough cca s.Because it fired up last week with my truck and jumpers.What size battery could I purchase?For a 50cc its beefy has buford head,52mm bbk,A9 cam ,stroker,.I polished piston for fun and to help compression.It has excellent compression havent taking a reading yet but youy can just hear it.Any help guys would be apreciated,I should of recorded the rebuild for other guys that are learning but I was so excited it really slipped my mind................Steven

220 CCA is what it took to turn my 52mm over without issue. I believe millsc ran a 230cca on his.

What happened the R/R burned up and or the CDI or what?

The fuse coming off the battery might just have blown so check the fuse it is attached to the battery on a thin red wire.

fuse is good.I am gonna take pics tommoroww this is hard to explain MY BRO jumped battery now no spark Replaced the stator immeditialy and pick up coil had a brand new one on deck.borrewed my friends blue racing cdi and it would light up. but no juice in wires going to coil (green and black).
