Problem solved, the new battery was low and couldnt run the lights without the motor running, it ran them full and then nothing so i was so scared i had shorted some bare wires, it worked when i managed to get motor running.
My Peugeot Trekker was vandalized and they cut the wires of the brake light and a rear signalling light.
I wired it back together again and it was working, and then i fixed the signal back with a screw, before insulating the electrics properly. The two wires of a signal light may have touched ( i was not with it), because now none of the 4 signalling lights work.
I had a spare controller for the wires that go to the back of the bike, so i put it in, and the left signals worked once, and then i tested the right signals, they were off, then all 4 of the signals didnt work again.
what things could have to be replaced?

first see if the fuse by the battery is blown , then check all your repair connections make sure they are shorting . Does any of the other electrical work ?
