However the only forum I cant post on is the 50-150 air cooled!

Anyway I need to change the clutch in my car and I have this scooter in the garage that I want to use to get to work over the summer.

I have a frustrating issue with the back wheel. It cant install it when inflated. It only goes on with a flat tire and even then it requires a lot of force to get it past the engine where the oil filler is. It has 12 inch wheels and it appears that there is not enough room.

Or maybe there is something that I should do to create more space between the axle and the engine.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I tried installing it flat but my bicycle pump wont inflate it. Its tubeless and needs that sudden high PSI burst to get the tire to seat properly.

I really dont wont to have to borrow a truck and move the whole scooter - Id rather install the wheel with an inflated tire. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Its not possible on the t3 take the tire put it on the bead inflate it take the valve stem out put it on the bike then air it up with your bike pump. It only needs the high psi burst to get it on the bead once its on the bead the bike pump will inflate it.
