Maybe he couldn't find a parking space and didn't want to miss his meeting.
Then, they moved his meeting to a conference room on another floor.

Turns out it was an idiotic manager riding a 50cc scooter on the three floors. He was showing it off as a sales incentive that someone could win for the most sales. We all know that's how you get into management: show a lack of intelligence.

My brother doesn't work in the building but his 'watering hole' is at 10th and Main. Immediately called him to see if he had to many adult beverages and got lost going back to work after lunch.
