I put a 150cc instrument panel on my scoot its accurate compared with my gps, maybe the speeds get off after you reach the red zone on the speedo Attachments:

I replaced my stock speedo that only read up to 50mph with one that reads up to 60 and had the same results. whereas before it would absolutely bury the speedo and look as if it was doing 60, with the new one on stock gears I was only hitting 48. After I got the 16/50 gears and gps'd it, the speedo said 51, the gps 51.8

it works get a speedo that exceeds the speed limit of the scoot its accurate
