I have a Puma Apache 150. It has a 150cc GY6 engine (157QMJ). The scooter has dual rear shocks. How do I know which exhausts will fit and which won't? Thanks!

Welcome to the site!
I rode my Xingyue 150 for seven years, and did a lot of mods. I found the exhausts and their mounts vary SO much on these that it's basically not possible to determine if a given exhaust will bolt onto a given scooter. They are all similar, but have many different mounting setups.
I'd recommend you choose the exhaust you like, and plan on making at least some simple mounts from aluminum bar-stock, or similar material. It's NOT hard, and you can get the setup at the exact angle, length, etc you want.
Here's a setup I put on my GY6 for an example.
I did not want to use the factory header which is SMALLER than the exhaust-port. So I got a used generator header and cut it off, extending it with RV flex-exhaust tubing to muffler. You CAN buy ready-made full-diameter headers however, often WITH a hi-perf muffler.
I found the larger header made MORE difference than the muffler itself. Don't be too concerned about making your own mounts. It's not difficult. I even used the original factory muffler clamps on the tapered 2-stroke style can simply by bending and cutting. No tools needed except a vice, large Crescent wrench and a hammer.

PS: The reason I went with a 2-stroke-type expansion/contraction-chamber (this one was for a 50cc 2-stroke, if I recall) is that the expansion portion works very well on a 4-stroke. No "supercharging" effect like on a 2-cycle, BUT better scavenging than even a straight-pipe on 4-cycle. They WORK!

I have a question for you -My muffler is pretty loud on my 1P 39 QMB 50cc trike without going through a lot of work is there any muffler or any way I could cut down on the noise . The one on it now is factory equipped.

The sound level on these varies some. Factory mufflers are usually fairly quiet, but I suspect your trike has a more performance-oriented exhaust simply because many trikes' drive systems are closely related to ATV's... (Just my guess...)
Changing the muffler itself could work fine, but WHICH one is a "crap-shoot". I'd stay with one of the "stock" replacements made for the 2-wheelers. They may not be the very best quality, but should be fairly quiet.
Another option I'd consider ON A TRIKE (since they have some open-space "wiggle-room" at the rear) would be to ADD a secondary muffler AFTER your stock one. It shouldn't be too hard to fabricate a "joiner" on the end of your factory muffler, place a 180-degree "U" pipe on, then add a small, LOW RESTRICTION muffler facing forward, similar to the little stinger muff on my old Xingyue in the pix. Onto that after-muffler, you could then add a simple "U" bend "trombone" tailpipe to face the exit back around to the rear, out of the forward wind.
There are some pretty good generator and stationary-engine/implement mufflers that would work, or, a very small auto straight-through glass-pack. They offer almost no restriction, but would definitely tame the "bark" for you.
Making mounts shouldn't be too hard, using aluminum or steel stock from the local home-improvement store. Paint them black, and the whole thing will look fairly stock.

PS: Since a lot of guys asked back when I posted the 2-stroke exhaust mod, it has no baffles at all, and is totally straight-through. At idle, it's actualy quieter than a stock muffler, but past quarter-throttle it gets a tad "raspy"... LOL! Still, not loud enough to be obnoxious. The expansion chamber slows the exhaust velocity, and the little "stinger" glass-pack after-muffler tames the bark.
