In some cases or arangments of main and clutch springs this is true if u use a stock main and 2000 r clutch springs the pulley will obviously open before the clutch engages . And as the pulley opens the ratio changes which spins the pulley faster then if the pulley had not opened yet . Which in theory the clutch springs will engage a fraction sooner . Now this all depends on the setup .and I understand the rpm ratings . A 2000 main spring should open 2000 rpms over recommended idle . And so on
