If you happen to have a Carb with the Fuel Ratio Mixture Screw Plugged you can drill it out and the Fuel Ratio Screw is behind it.
Another method is Drill a little hole and get a pointed screw and screw it into the hole you drilled and then you can grab pliers and twist it and pull on it.
Just remember the plug is only about 1/8 thick so put a mark or piece of tape on the drill 1/8 from the tip so you do not drill to deep and drill the Fuel Ratio Screw.
