CDI controls ignition and can not create black smoke which is caused by being too rich but a scooter would sputter before it ran rich enough to smoke . Sliders do not make belts pop that is BS . I have Dr Pulley sliders in both of my scooters and I love how they perform .
The jet kit is a must have in order to tune the carb .
I have been on the interstate several times on my 150 and yes certain places and times it was like a suicide mission . I do love playing " You aint passing me " on the streets and to jack rabbit on a green light and dust cars
