Im asking this question for a friend so, its a 94 Honda elite 80, when he tightens the nut on the clutch bell, the back tire will not spin freely. But if you loosen the nut, it will spin freely. I went and took a look at it, and I didnt know what to say. When my clutch nut is tight, my back tire spins freely, maybe the Hondas are different or something, idk. Would anybody know whats going on with it? It has new belt, new rollers, clutch and bell looked fine to me. Back tire will not spin when we tighten the bell/clutch nut.
