The time it took to arrive was 2 weeks.
Quality of make was great with the intake metal so you dont have to worry about cracking, reeds are at my best guess fiberglass.
For quality i would give it a 9 out of ten no flaws.
I mention it is metal which is great and it has a vacuum line and oil line but the stock oil line would never fit the one that it came attached to the intake,scootertuning.ca said they could order a smaller nipple if needed and package was 10 of 10 no issues
did the install took less the ten minutes very easy.Real not much difference in power but man the throttle response is so quick no well worth the 70 dollars give it a 10 of 10 for a great buy
