i really expected to get more interest through craigslist. only received one ridiculous offer.
oh well, think i will put a sign on it and drive it until it sells.

I thought you would have sold it fast at that price. You can't get one in near that good of condition in PCB for that price.

hmm, can't delete posts anymore? well i got a call from someone else. coming to take a look at it around 4 so might be sold today, we shall see.
he did ask what is the lowest i would go... sigh. i swear if the body was in mint condition i would have a $500 sign on it. put about 8 miles on it today, it runs so good i'd be dumb to sell it for less than 4 bills but told him if he comes take a look at it i'd give him a good deal. Bah, lol.

That's why I always ask for more then I will take. People want to feel like that are getting a deal and want to be able to get something lower then asking price. Just human nature. Had you put 500 on it they would offer 400 and everyone would be happy.

Had you put 500 on it they would offer 400 and everyone would be happy. true but i was willing to take $300 considering the body isn't in gr8 shape. think i have it sold, guy just now checked it out and offered me $300. suppose to call me back with the money so we shall see. but yeah, after riding it around earlier it feels more like a $400 bike, lol. |
