Has anyone opened the speedometer/odometer gauge on their scoots. Mine has a lot of lines on the face which makes it hard to read when in motion. I was thinking about taking the top glass/plastic cover off and covering up some of the lines with thin strips of white electricians tape or maybe "white out" may work as well. Since the face on the gauge is white it should work. Is it possible to open these things up or are they sealed?
I've attached a picture of a stock 50cc speedometer/odometer. Mine is a 150cc but looks identical except the numbers are obviously different.
