Interesting. All the force that would be spread on 7 main bearings in a 6 now on one with a big rotating combustion chamber that has to stay sealed to keep working efficiently. Do I see more painpoints like they had with rotary engines in the Mazda which they finally had to give up on?

Interesting, sort of a cross between a conventional piston engine and a turbine. The only trouble is it's at least 30 years too late. As fuel cells and long distance battery technology are about to take the place of the IC engine.
