And it's supposed to be a nice 50 degrees this weekend! I got this Honda fairing for $150(it's got one good rash/scuff on an edge and one broken not-critical mount), the fender for $30, and the headlights for $80 (thanks Bandito2) The top center piece and turn signal covers were unbroken and will create a possibly sweet looking two-tone theme. And of course, since this piece is no longer unmolested original, its time to bedazzle! I did a loose-fit after I took it out of the box, it looks like the front fairing stays might not even be bent! rofl... and I remind you the deer was killed on impact. (oops, wrong forum section. can an admin move it for me?)

One of the headlight mounts was cracked enough to let the threaded insert spin and pull out when I went to install the low beam. I put a dab of super glue on the knurled parts of the insert, and plan to leave the clamp on. Good as new!

She's back! Everything seems fine and dandy. I did have to tweak the supports a little and wound up notching the holes for the lower supports to get some more wiggle room. Overall, the fit isn't any worse than putting my Chinese 150 back together... lol. Before this, that front piece did seem to literally suck itself back in place and line right up for all the holes...
