Really enjoy the new site. Happy to see some familiar Scoots and names.
One thing I'd like to see is all of "our" old data from the old site. I've gone back there just to use the Google search. It would be nice to have it all under one roof again.
Is it possible to transfer that info to the new site? Or, are there plans to add Google search?
What ever could be done to get that information back to the people that created it.

If somebody comes to me and asks for a post they made on SD to be copied to here, I can do that. What I can not do is just move everything here, it would be a violation of our TOS with Proboards. The posts there belong to the individuals, not the forum.
Yes the Google search has been added here.

I doubt any of my posts over on SD have any lasting interest, but consider this a public and official request to copy anything I posted over there to here if you come across anything that's useful or helpful. I think one of the threads that do need moving, or at least a similar thread here, is sticky's.
Sticky's, user manuals (which JR graceously has been posting recently), and very valuable posts, like popular scoot reviews, popular scoot issues, etc...

JR and I have put a lot of service and owners manuals up here, look in the "manual" area itistheride.boards.net/index.cgi?board=helpscooter reviews and issues would need to have the OK from the author to move. |
