need a rear fender and headlamp (low beam) for agility 125

the rear fender bracket (really small!) broke from vibrating up and down, and the fender got worn by tire rubbing on it...where can I get one? . also wondering if the headlamp is a dual bulb, one bulb for both beams? where to get it? at auto store?
update: sent away for headlamp bulb, works good, is lower than the original, so use highbeam all the time, looking to put 1-2 low wattage LED spot lights on the front to improve night driving. still no luck with the rear fender, seems very rare! I did repair the bracket by epoxying it back together and added a side bracket for more stability. the fender is still worn- has a thin wedge of it missing, but not really noticeable.
