Chris, did you let the scooter warm up first?- (5 min's or or longer at that temperate ) You have an enricher (kinda like a auto choke) this will allow more fuel in, idle faster as so that it can warm up. You might want to let it warm up real good.
In this kinda super cold we are having it's not going to be ideal for our scooters and if there is any Water in the tank, then you might have a fuel delivery problem.
--- Me, i pulled my Battrey out for a few days (was -10 below and -29 wind chill)
Chris, ya got a snowmobile? <--- just kiddin ---> well kinda.

Lol I'm gunna need one soon haha.. but on the scooter I always make sure its warmed up enricher is def off I always do a wot run for about 10 min befor adjuating and it seems lime no matter where I set it it has a slight sputter its not terribly bad but its noticeable it is a little power loss and then once it gets past that its fine

I understand chris, but untell it get's a bit warmer let's not jump the gun too quick. Like i said when it gets this super cold out, we could do this and do that.BUT the day it get's warmer you could find yourself putting it all back the way it was. Give it some time tell this cold weather settles down a bit. Now if it's not running at all then that's different. you'll be fine in the long run.
Now at really cold temp's my scooter will start and run just fine, tell about 2 mils at 3/4- WOT then it cut's out due to the dense air- a little let off the throttle and it picks up. Only happens when it's super cold.

Cold dense air is gonna mess with the jetting and it's not gonna behave right.... so what he said.... Leave her be....
