Well people my scoot has sit a long cold Indiana winter!Should I give her a shot of ether first or what?55 out today here, seems like 70 to us! LOL!!  |

me, id make sure i have a fully charged battery,
twit the throttle, 3-4 times
and try to start.
see what happens.
maybe change oil, gear oil, do a mini pdi, before hand
and if it starts, take it for a lil ride and see what happens.
