Hi everybody, Happy Thanksgiving I have'nt been on for a while because I started out on a new job, And moved back to New Bedford waterfront. Well, I was staying with a buddy of mine while setting up the new house. I had the scoot in a SECURE building wit a LOCKED garage. Woke up tuesday morning to go to work, The scooter was gone. Someone apparently propped an escape door open. and the thieves got in and took it

Totally sucks. My 250 was stolen last year. Got it back a day later missing the carb. A-holes committed grand larceny for a $ part. I feel for ya.

yeah, sucks for sure! I am a fairly well known guy on the docks of the New bedford waterfront, so I do have a network of some "not-so classy guys (if you catch my drift). These poor souls do not know the scope of the mistake they made. I wouldn't want to be them if they are found by my associates before the police. These kids are the young bucks who have no idea of what they just did.or who they did it to.

I added comprehensive and collision to my insurance so if mine gets in an accident or stolen I get a new one still only 31 bucks a month

Yeah. Exactly what I am going to do with the replacement.I was being a cheapscate when I insured it. Of course ,at the Time, I was in Newport R.I. and it's not quite the Other side of the tracks city New Bedford is.Very high crime rate here.I chose the job, Because the pay and benefits Far outweighed the ones I was at, And on top of that, he's going Belly-up. ruining the company. I just have to protect everything more here.

That is just plain wrong. I hope your Buds find him first.
Some kid/kids tried rolling mine away two months ago from under the front door entryway. The wheel was locked over, so he/they only rolled it about 18 inches with zero damage. Ha Ha to them. I found it moved out of place that morning, so I installed my own simple and inexpensive,... but very effective alarm. (I use to install for a living). My bike is not going anywhere without screaming at the top of it's lungs the whole way.

The missus and I are SO sorry to hear about the scoot. I still remember my last Harley being stolen, and my stalwart insurance co. crawfishing on me... That was in 1978, and I couldn't afford another bike until 30 years later when I got my Xingyue 150 for a whopping $697 new, delivered to my door. Just last week, I had to convince a truly unpleasant fellow that carjacking my beat-up Honda car was not worth losing his life over... Now, I'm thankful today that I still have a car, and, if he has any brains left after the drugs, he can be thankful he's still breathing. We'll be praying that you get your scoot back for sure! You may even come across it yourself in the neighborhood. Stranger things have happened! Sincerely, Betty & Leo in Texas
