I have a 150cc 2003 jonway scooter, Just got it and it has a new carb on it, My question is does anyone know what the ideal rpm at ideal should be. according to my tachometer it is at about 3k sounds a little high to me. and what the max amount of rpm should be at top speed without causing damage to the engine.
