Old motorcycle rider, new scooter owner. My new wife bought a Milano TNG 150, back in '07, but never rode it much, only 100 miles, or so.  It has sat idle since then and now we've decided to get it back on the road again. The tank and carb were dry from sitting, but when I put fresh gas in, it fired right up with a jump start. It would idle a few seconds and then die. It would restart, but only run a few seconds. Seafoam added to the gas didn't help any, so I pulled the carb. Pretty nasty inside, but I got the jets out and cleaned, but when it came to the float needle, the Viton tip on the needle had disintegrated. I've searched for a source of Mikuni parts but can't find anything for the smaller BS24 carb. Does anyone know of a source for the needle valve?
