I aquired a 150cc jonway scooter but the kickstart appears to be faulty and there was no battery in it, I have no idea how many cca, watts and amps it would need to start correctly. is there anyone on here that can guide me in the right direction?
Thanks in advance

Measure the Battery box first, then get a battery that will fit in there at LEAST a 7AMP battery and no more than 9AMPs. The charging system may not be able to keep up with a higher AMP battery. Now the CCAs you want something with over 100 at the least, so if for some reason you need to crank it over a few times to start it will hold its cranking power. If you get a cheap one with CCAs below 100 it may only crank over a couple times before it will not turn your motor over fast enough for it to start. I like batteries with CCAs near 200 or above.
