Once in a while you just stumble onto a real GEM! This one is a 24 karat dazzler!I stopped by Moxie Scooters today to check on tire upgrades on my Kymco, and saw THIS one on the lot... It's a 150cc clutch n' gears motorcycle by SYM, and it's a beauty! At 150cc it's light, compact and nimble... BUT... It's as 1960's British as a basket of fish & chips, wrapped in the "London Times" sitting on the saddle of a Triumph or BSA single! This little guy feels SO Brit, I could almost hear Herman's Hermits singing "I'm into something GOOD!" Yup... imagenCheck out the stance, proportions, subtle "café" styling... Smiths-style dual gauges, clip-on "clubman" bars, seat, tank, fenders, bucket headlight and English-style tail-light... It's ALL there, and IN MINIATURE! It's truly "Honey, I shrunk the Triumph..." LOL!ALL the little details are already there... I looked this one over and over and couldn't find ANYTHING I'd change except maybe do a custom old-school paint on the tank. It's gotta be the fantasy dream-bike for those who have a "Jones" for something vintage-Limey yet want to stay in the 150cc size and weight range. Whew! It rocks, and at $2,900 it costs less than the Buddy 170 scooter. From many past posts, I know there are a number of riders out there, (particularly smaller guys, and gals) who want the coolest 150cc ride on the planet, but want MOTORCYCLE in the fullest sense of the word, rather than a scooter... Well, THIS is the one you're looking for!The fit, finish and build-quality is awesome. The look is "just right" and at first glance, you'd swear it's 1965, and this little gem rolled off the Birmingham assembly-line yesterday... And, yeah, it looks as GOOD in person as it does in these pix off the net. Just had to pass it on after seeing one "up close and personal". Enjoy! Leo (still happy with Moxie!) in Texas

Yeah, it looks like a sweet little ride.... probably perfect for around town and I bet it gets some awesome fuel consumption numbers.

I looked at one at a local dealer. He told me it was a clone of a vintage Honda CB125. I am 6' 190lb which makes that bike too small for me. Nonetheless, I'd rather have the old CB.

My first bike was a 78 CB550F. Bought it in 89, road it for a year, then moved on it from KC to Reno, best road trip I ever took, and definitely the most pleasant move! Then after being in Reno for two months, some drunk smashed it in from of my house, found it on the side of the road half a block away, and the fairing was in the next intersection. Never found the drunk, probably would have ended up in jail with him if I had found him, I loved that bike!
