Here's a sketch of a spanner wrench I put together in about 1 hour. Got the bar stock threaded rod nylock nuts and machine screws at Ace Hardware for about $7.00 Had the Plasti Dip

in my workshop.

2012 Tomos Twister 50, Performance CDI, NGK Iridium plug
Gates Power Link Kevlar CVT belt, Digital Tach/Hour Meter
Installed three stage battery charger. Added Trunk (Top Box) Stainless steel Cup Holder, LCD Clock/Calender, and LED lighting inside the trunk, the glove box and the storage compartment beneath the seat.
