Here's a sketch of a spanner wrench I put together in about 1 hour. Got the bar stock threaded rod nylock nuts and machine screws at Ace Hardware for about $7.00 Had the Plasti Dip in my workshop.

I sure this will help folks to hold these pieces in place (as long as you're using an impact wrench) otherwise those overtightened Chinese nuts will twist it into a pretzel.

I made one even wimpy-er than that and it worked just fine for me.
