I can't leave stuff alone mine was fast enough stock but had the mods before my bike arrived pulled out the motor at five miles. I have replaced almost every piece there's a good peace of mind knowing every part is quality and done personally

You'll like the 150 once you get used to it!
As for the 13" wheels, I personally think they are the IDEAL size for a scooter. My old Xingyue 150 had 13's and my Kymco 250 has 12's. The half-inch difference in radius you would not think could matter much, but the 13's did ride better. The smaller the wheels, the harsher the ride (at least in my opinion) some may disagree. I've ridden Vespas with their 11" front and 10" rear wheels, and, while they will run 70 mph, it's a tad "ruff"... LOL! You'll love the 150's ability to roll-on into 50 mph traffic, just like I now love my "Minnie Mouse's" ability to roll-on into 70 mph traffic. It all depends on just how brutal the traffic around you is... ONCE in a VERY GREAT WHILE (simply to be sure I'm still breathing...) this old buzzard just HAS to toss a cold 12-pack to Pancho or Manuel down the street and have them hoist me onto one of the local tuner-boyz nitrous-oxided crotch-rockets just to remember what it's like to "roll-on" into the I-30 100 mph traffic, then absolutely "vaporize" the left lane, speedo near the double-century mark passing 20 or 30 frisky cowboys running 120+ before idling back down to 70, heading home, and climbing back onto gentle little "Minnie Mouse" for a put-put around the lake... LOL! It's good to be able to go 55... But... It's SO much fun to get there in less than 2 seconds! Oh, the howl of 400+ hp when that nitrous kicks in, the rear tire explodes, the front wheel heads skyward, the knuckles turn white and the old eyeballs bounce off the front of the aged brain... Whoo Hoo! But 20 minutes on the rocket is all the old back can handle... LOLOLOL! But of course, THAT level of "daily-driving" is for the younger and more adventurous jockeys than me.Ride safe and enjoy!Leo in Texas
