Here is my 1987 Honda Helix. Mods: - Valspar Deep Sea Diving Blue spray paint
- DupliColor Honda silver spray paint
- Black plastic sprayed with DupliColor Bumper Coating
- Shorty windshield from eBay
- Formula racing mirrors from Performance Accessories in Rock Hill, SC
- Stiffer clutch contra spring
- Painted muffler silver header paint
- Chrome handlebar riser adapter from eBay
- Emgo chrome handlebar from Motorcycle Superstore
- Removed rear rack and rear grab bars
- Painted front wheel, hub, and trailing arms

Really nice looking Helix....
Those were never my fav as far as styling, but, I'd own one in a heart beat, just because they were and are some of the nicest riding and most comfortable scoots on the road. And they were bullet and bomb proof

Good job! It's amazing how the style hasn't changed in nearly 30 yrs, though. lol Looks just like my '05, body-wise.

Oh my, that scooter looks really good. The best I seem to do is to get a finish that looks just more or less OK -- from 15 to 20 feet away -- if the person looking at it is near sighted -- and does not have his glasses on.
