The belt is the correct size I have checked it against the size of a person with the exact same scooter. It appears that the pulley surfaces on my clutch are bent (no clue how that happened) and they are keeping the clutch from pushing the belt tight. Next paycheck I will be ordering a new clutch. Until then I will be relying on the less comfortable, slower, but super reliable Piaggio Fly 150.
