Unless you weigh something like 500 lbs. But then you still probably wouldn't be slowing it down all that much.

Actually there is a lot of safety that goes into a scoot like that and its more than just top speed. Mountains, Interstates, the Autobahn are not going to be a problem or pushing the bike to its limits. The panache is just there too.
