So I just bought my first scooter, 2008 149cc Lance. I noticed that the taillight and rear blinkers don't work. I changed the bulbs, but still nothing. I was told that it probably is a blown fuse. Does anyone know where the Fuse Box is located on this scooter? What will the bad Fuse look like? Obviously you can tell that I am not familiar with Mechanical Work....

My Lance only has one fuse on the whole machine that I know of. If any of the lights come on at all then that's probably not the issue.
Mine has a bundle of connectors for the rear lights that come together in a protector sleeve below the rear end of the seat. You'll have to remove at least the seat box panel to get to them though. Then if you have small hands you can wiggle the connectors around and see if you're getting closer to the problem.
