After i replaced my stock rollers for sliders on my T3 the throw out gear will start the scooter but makes an grinding type noise. Took cover back off and it seemed to be ok, althouth it wasnt seated against the back of variator, I pushed it back, reinstalled cover and the same thing happens. Every time i take off the cover the bendix is no monger seated in the rear of the variator but out slightly.
Gasket ok, bushing ok. Im no rocket scientist but theres no way that the tip of the bendix reaches the cover bushing, its too short?

It's the kick start making the noise shim the cvt cover

When starting the bike? Not using the kick start. There is a gasket in the CVT.
