Just a short spell ago all remember when we had smilies and banners disappearing because of the new Photobucket band width limit and some may remember me saying that I was looking in to hosting the images/photos on the GogDaddy account Doug got for this forum. Well today I'm happy to announce we have no images/photos on this forum linking to photobucket caput, nada zero, bye bye! So hopefully with this change and GoDaddy's good reputation for good service and reliability we'll not see the missing images/photos again. Thanks to all for their patience and kindness. JR

I was wondering, does GoDaddy have private accounts for individuals as well?

I was wondering, does GoDaddy have private accounts for individuals as well? The account I have for the forum is a "private account" these are nothing like setting up a photobucket account for your pictures.

Yeah, I had a premium account with photobucket before I think it was $19.99 or $29.99 a year. I used it for a business I was running about 4 years ago. I would have 100,000 hits on each of the pictures displaying the product image daily, so when the premium account expired there was all these product images that read bandwidth exceeded. I'm not sure about all the other options available now, but would not use them in the future if they are not the cheapest around. I just use imageshack.us now for regular picture hosting.

They have hosted my site for the last 4 years, I would love to move somewhere else, but can't get any support to answer my questions so I can move on up. I hope your experience is much better than mine has been.

When I started using them I was a total rookie and absolutely knew nothing about any of it and I was on the phone a lot learning some of the simplest things and they kindly and patiently walked me through every issue.
