Living in a place where one has a good shop to do the work with a guarantee like that would indeed be nice. But since I live out in the sticks I shop around and buy my tires a lot of times on special and always do free shipping. I keep a set of new tires ready for my scooters on the shelf and as soon as I need a set I buy new ones on special and re-stock.
I always have to mount my own and as a old hand doing tires I never have a problem or issue and saving the mounting fee over the years has added up. I have a old set of tire irons handed down from a time when people did a lot of their own tire repair that still to this day work very well.

I still have my spoons and finally wore out my cincher for setting beads so I am not unfamiliar with the process however the dynamic high speed balancing machine is just out of my reach and I am not a big fan of the bean bags that work most/some of the time (had them fail big time on a tire/rim combination with dynamic balance issues). Started out from a family of goat farmers on a budget so yes I do know how to make do.
The Aprilia really is great at interstate speeds with a finely balanced front tire. The Michelin Power Pure's are a bit new still but keeping up with the flow of traffic on the intestate they were riding like silk. On a level road that bike will pull up to about 100 mph per gps if you don't watch yourself.

Guess I am spoiled to a degree however the gravity spindle would not be my first choice on a 15 inch rim. On a 10 or 12 inch tire or a bike that's a bit rattly and such I suppose it would not make much difference.
The Aprillia drive is quite a bit smoother than the GY6 bikes so its more noticeable when things are not balanced perfectly like that one smudge on a perfectly white sheet of paper.
Here things are more centralized so there are plenty of option in the suburbs of Tampa/St Pete to get a tire balanced and disposal taken care of.
