On the tight side at .05MM. Try .1MM (.004 inches) Your valves might be expanding just enough while hot to not close properly.

Thats right. Valve to tight. Fix that first. I really believe everyone should bve requied to post compression pressures with their request for starting and idling and power help. these engines often have problems of holdong valves settings for long. Poor quality materials is not unusual.
